T-shirt heat press machine:
1.choose and scan design, and then print;

Attention:

Washing and take good care of T-shirt:

2.Don't rubbing the printed picture can avoid the picture adhibit dirty;
3.the washing temperature should low 40℃;
4.you'd better not wash the T-shirt with washing machine in order to not let the picture become distortional;
5.you mustn't use bleacher and corrosive scour;
6.don't insolate the printed T-shirt ;
7.if you want to iron the T-shirt into smooth, using the isolated paper.

Plate heat press Transfer machine:
1.choose and scan design, and then print;

3.adjust the temperature at the temperature control device, when the temperature reach to 180℃-220℃,and it takes about 1-2minutes;
4.open the handle which is used to pess,and put the porcelain disk which adhibit picture on the print support,then chose the press handle;
5.adjust the appropriate time to 25-35 seconds;
6.the machine will automatic enter into the condition of constant temperature;
7.open the time-control device ,the amchine stops to heat when the buzzer sound .then close the electric source and take out the porcelain disk.
Attention:
1.the printed design must photoed, take care of the printed size must fit to the disk.
2.the machine must have the safety wire .
3. adjust the appropriate press before printing.
4.after iron printed the T-shirt must put into cold water in order to avoild pervasion of printing ink .
5.when have to produce a great deal of products,every about one hour shoud stop the machinr to have two minutes rest
Solve problems:
1. light color :should add the time of printing.
2.blurry pictures:should reduce the time of printing.
3.parts have light color:shoud add press of change one bigger porcelain disk.
4.the printed products have biurry pictures relative to the heat printed mat:should change the heat mat.
5.the printed picture have the fleck :should reduce the heat time.
Special attention:the adjustment of press can depend on the actual experience .
Cap Heat Press Transfer Machine
1. turn on the power button and adjust the suitable temperature(recommend 170℃90℃) and time(recommend 20 seconds)
2. put the cap which is wrapped with the picture onto the cap heat press machine, close the hand spike and adjust the pressure.
3. When the temperature gets to the set time, the machine will stop heating and start to count down, when the time is out, the buzzer calling (calling you go on), please turn out the button and raise the handspike and take out the cap.
4. If need working continuously, please repeat step 2,the the work ended, please turn out the power.
Note:
1.If there are a large quantity of caps to be transferred, the machine needs to stop(two minutes ok) after working 60 minutes. In order to get the successful transferred product, it needs pressure, temperature and time all available at the same time.
2. This machine can not be baked empty without the cap on it, or it will destroy the heat mat and easily gets fire

Manual instruction of crystal machine
Step 1, what do we need to prepare for making a Digital-Crystal?

A PC, a scanner, a digital camera, inkjet printer, some specific glue for heat transfer, some specific glue paper for heat transfer, a crystal machine, a paper knife, a piece of white cloth(such as useless clothes…)
Step 2, the pictures to processes
a. Before the pictures from customers are printed onto the heat-transfer paper, we should make some edit on the pictures. We suggest that you choose the pictures with deep color, because of the character of crystals. Also we suggest giving the pictures deep contrast and deep color step, as well as change the background of the human to a single color, so that we can get a better effect of heat transfer on crystals. You can get more experiences after some practice!
b. Edit the size of the pictures to fit for the crystals in the picture editing software (such as Photoshop…). To get a satisfied effect, you should take the resolution of the picture above 300*200. Of cause you can make them more colorful, but not too much to be distorted!

Step 3, heat transfer of pictures

Print the picture onto the heat-transfer paper with an ink-jet printer. (NOTE: Do NOT Put The Paper Oppositely! Or else no pictures can be printed on it. The side with coat is for printing. Simply, you can use your hand to differentiate positive side and negative side: the slippery one is negative side, and the rough one is for printing. There’s another way: line a little on the paper with a water pen, the absorbent side is for printing.) Also you can take a blow on the printed picture with an electric drier to let the image keep a longer time. As follows we will tell you how to transfer the pictures to the crystal glass.
A. Actually, the key factor of making digital crystals is the usage of the heat-transfer paper to be the medium. And we have developed a lot of heat-transfer paper especially suitable for making digital crystals. Firstly print, then drip some heat-transfer glue water to the crystal, 1-2 drips for a little crystal (such as 6*8), and 2-4 drips for a big one (such as sun-flower). You can also drip the glue water to the heat-transfer paper. After that, let the glue water spread evenly on the crystal, then join the crystal and the paper together fitly, and push the air bubbles out. Scrape the crystal with a plastic card (telephone card or bank card, etc.). Don’t to be too heavy. (Something such as a book is suggested to be under the crystal in the process)

B. Keep the crystal upside and the picture underside for 250-300 seconds, so that it will be solidified. (the time is depends on the size)
D .After an appropriate time, get the crystal out. Scrape the brim of the crystal and the heat-transfer paper with a piece of cloth. Gash around of the crystal to separate the stickup picture and the other part. Uncover the heat-transfer paper, so the image will be transferred on the crystal.
E. Scrape around the crystal to clean it with a sharp knife. You need to do that only if you use too much glue water.

F. If there’s only one single side of the transferred crystal, you’d better lay some protective glue on it. You can use our special protective glue, or use the same glue water as the first step.

Firstly, we use protective glue to make the crystal resist friction and dampness. You can do as follows:
Get a piece of used heat-transfer paper, drip some glue water (1 or 2 drops, depending on the size of crystal) onto the paper from which size the image is uncovered, then make the glue water spread evenly on the paper, join the crystal (the side with image) and the paper together fitly, and push the air bubbles out. Then put it into the solidifying machine to solidify it (make sure the crystal is at the bottom, and the side with image is on the top), 200-300 seconds later, cut off the power and get the crystal out to take off the paper on the crystal. Leave the crystal in the air for about one hour. That’s the end. If you put the finished crystal in the sunshine for 1 or 2 days (or use a solidifying machine), it will be better and firmer. You can use our special covered glue water to cover it, which is as good as covering a piece of glass. Just note that don’t fix the edge, except redundant glue water.

If you use a pair of crystal to make digital crystal, do as below: drip some glue water on the side of the crystal on which the image is transferred (use the same crystal glue water as the first time, and use more glue water than the single-side crystal). Put the other crystal on it softly. Make sure there are no air bubbles between them. If there were, drive them out. Then put it into the solidifying machine to solidify it for 200-300 seconds. Over.

G. Use the same glue water to adhere the crystal to the base. Don’t forget solidifying it. Then the process of heat transfer is all finished.
H. Simple process of making single-side digital crystal:
a) Drip some glue water onto the heat-transfer paper.
b) Cover the unused crystal to the paper.
c) Average the glue water.
d) Solidify the crystal for 200-300 seconds.
e) Uncover the glue paper.
f) Clean up the edge of the crystal
g) Drip some covered glue water.
h) Cover the glue paper
i) Solidify the crystal for 200-300 seconds.
j) Uncover the glue water
k) Done.
NOTE: In the first solidifying, make sure the crystal is on the top and the glue paper is at bottom. While in the second time and third time of solidifying, make sure the glue paper is on the top and the crystal is at bottom.
In the first time of using glue water, use more of it. When you use glue water to protect the image, use less of it. When finished, you’d better leave the crystal in the sunshine for one day.
