Transaction Process

Note: please offer the Model No. and amount of the item you need, and the shipping method you want us to send your cargo out, UPS will take 3-4 days to reach your city, the cargo will be sent to your house directly, no need to clear custom and pick up the cargo yourself!by air will take one week for the cargo to be your city(need air port), by ocen is very cheap, but it is suitable for large amount of item and need the ocean port to offer the shipping cost!
2. when we have made agreement of the order, we will send you proforma invoice with our company bank account together, please feel free to send the payment to our account, now we take 3 method to receive the payment, one is by Paypal which have to ask 5% Paypal fee, second is by western union, by this method we can bear USD15.00 bank charge for you, third is by bank transfer, we will offer you the bank account by Email
3. when you have sent the payment, please feel free to send the bank form to us by fax: 008675528526073 or scan it and send it to us by Email to sales@danyangtech.com, we will arrange the worker to prepare your cargo as soon as we have got your bank form! please inform your exact name, address postcode and phone No. so we can send your cargo out quickly and exactly!
4. we will send your cargo out as soon as we get your payment and inform you the tracking NO. or bill of lading as soon as we get it!
5. when you get the cargo, please check if the package is in good condition and test the machine when you get it!

We provide warranty for our products as follows:
1. Refund of your payment if the products are obviously unsatisfied for one week after you receive them.
2. Mainly parts replacement for six months (consumable parts such as heat mats, cutter blades etc. are not included.)

Purchase Agent Procedure
If you want us to purchase the interested item for you in Chinese market, please contact with us by this process
1. please send Email to our Email Add: sales@danyangtech.com and tell us all the information of the item you need,and you had better to link on your information about the item and the picture of it in the attachment and also tell us the specification of the items.
2.When we receive your email,we will try to know the items and contact with the factory quickly,then we will feed back the information to you as soon as possible.And please tell us the information that the factory need.
3.If our customer needs us to send the sample, we will send it to them for free,but in principle the customer should pay for the shipping cost(besides the old customer).However if the cost of the sample is over USD20.00,the total payment should be paid by customer.
4.After confirming the information about the requirement of the supplier and our customer,if the customer make sure the item that the supplier can produce,we will send our commissioner to visit the factory and ensure the instance of it.
5.According to the agreement,our company will arrange the factory to manufacture the products as soon as we get the payment or earnest from our customer.After finishing the products,our company will send off our commissioner to test the goods.Then we will pay and pick up the goods when we affirm them.Afterward our company will arrange to send the cargo out to our customer quickly.7.After our customer pick up and check out the goods exactly and make sure no problem, our business will be over perfectly.
6. After we send the cargo out, we will post the package list, proforma invoice and so on to our customer. So that our customer can settle out the custom soon.
